We’re building a direct sync so shifts scheduled in Assignar flow into CrewRing and each worker gets a confirmation SMS, then a call if they don’t reply. It isn’t live yet. Today you can get the same confirmations by importing your shifts from a spreadsheet.

Where things stand.
As of September 2026, direct Assignar sync isn't switched on for customers yet. It's coming soon. We'd rather tell you that here than on a sales call.
Until it ships, you can run confirmations and callouts from a spreadsheet of your shifts. When the sync opens, your workers, history and settings carry over. Nothing to redo.

Put tomorrow's shifts in a spreadsheet
Use whatever export or report your team already pulls from Assignar, or start from our CSV template. Save it as a CSV file.

Import the CSV into CrewRing
It needs a date, start time and location for each shift, plus the worker’s phone or name. Common column names are recognised, and workers you haven’t added yet can be created from the file.

Confirmations go out the day before
Each worker gets an SMS, with a voice call if they don’t reply. Every answer lands on your board.
